Floor Press:

6x3 @ moderate weight - 5-10 lbs heavier than last time (about a 8 out of 10)(However pretty sure a few of you in 6:00am got a 3RM last class, so let's back off this time. Kthxbye.)


*Please watch demo video on website*Perform these with a barbell


*Partner Workout*
1 min - TTB/Static Holds from Bar
2 min - KBS (24/16)/Plate Hold Overhead (45/35)
3 min - Walking Lunges/Hold Bottom of Air Squat
*rest 3 min then repeat*

*1 Partner works while the other partner is in the hold position. As soon as partner working needs to rest that partner goes to the hold position and the other partner begins the work.
