2 min - KBS (24/16)/Plate Hold Overhead (45/35)
3 min - Walking Lunges/Hold Bottom of Air Squat
*rest 3 min then repeat*
*1 Partner works while the other partner is in the hold position. As soon as partner working needs to rest that partner goes to the hold position and the other partner begins the work.
