Back Squat:

2x2 @ 92%, rest 2-3 min
1 @ 95%

 

Conditioning

200 Double Unders

1K Row (If Rowers are full then choose between 2K Bike, 800m Run, or 1K Ski)

50 Burpees

 

*15 min time cap
