Strength

Every 2 min for 10 min (5 sets):
1 Snatch Lift Off + 1 Snatch
Sets 1-2 = 70% x 2
Sets 3-5 = 75% x 2

 

**Perform a snatch pull to the knee with a 2-second pause, then lower the bar to the ground, pause for 1 second, then perform a snatch. Repeat this for 2 reps,**

THEN at 11 min mark...

Every min on the min for 5 min:
1 Snatch at 80%

 

Conditioning 

AMRAP 20:

5 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
15 KBS (24/16kg)
