7 Front Squats +13 Back Squats
Both at 70% of your Front Squat 1RM

 

Conditioning

Every Min on the Min:
1 Push Press @ 75%1 HSPU

*Start with 1 rep of each movement, and then add 1 rep of each movement every minute until unable to complete the required number of reps within the 1-min rounds
 

Cash Out
