Conditioning

Run 400

40 Double-Unders

20 Push-ups

Cash Out

Spend some time familiarizing yourself with DB Hang Clean + Jerks  for 18.1.

(The jerks are basically shoulder to overhead, but the DBs have to pause at the shoulder)
