"Schmalls"
Run 800m (big loop)
 

Then 2 Rounds...

50 Burpees
40 Pull-ups
30 Pistols
20 KBS (24/16kg)
10 HSPUs

Then Run 800m (big loop - unless you won't make it around before cut off.)

* 40 min time cap
* No metcons or lifting shoes on wall for HSPUs. No HSPUs on big letters.
