15 min to establish your 3RM Power Snatch

2) Overhead Squat
15 min to establish your 3RM Overhead Squat (From Rack)

Conditioning

AMRAP 10:
3 Wall Walks
40 Split Jumps
Run 300m (200m + 100m)

NOTES:
*If you can walk on your hands, sub Wall Walks with 30′ Handstand Walks each round.
**Each Wall Walk will start and end with belly on the ground.
