Every 4 Minutes for 24 minutes: (Start on 0:00.  Last round of work 20:00)
2 Deadlifts @ 87.5%

Rest 60 sec

Then:
20 DUs
Max Effort HSPUs

NOTES: *Every 4 minutes do 2 Deadlifts, then rest the remainder of that minute.  At the end of that minute do 20 DUs and then right into ME HSPUs. Rest until the end of the 4 min and then repeat.  **Try to outdo your HSPUs from last week.
