Front Squat:
2×3 @ 90%, rest 2-3 minutes

Skill

8 min to work on handstand work with a partner. Every 2 minutes alternate with your partner: one parter works while the other partner coaches/spots. You may work on Wall Walks, Handstand Holds, HSPUs, and Handstand Walks.
