10 minutes to establish a Max Height Box Jump

10 min to work on Rope Climbs

NOTES: I know I’m pointing out the obvious here, but you’ll want to wear long pants or socks for the rope climbs.  And even more obvious, you’ll not want to have rush to the ER to get stitches because you ate a box.  Please don’t eat a box, okay? Please? I’m asking nicely. Knee sleeves worn around the shins aren’t a bad idea.


45 Power Snatches (95/65)
45 HSPUs

NOTES: Power Snatches and HSPUs do not have to be done in a row. You may split up the reps and movements however you want just as long as you complete 45 reps of each.
