Strength

15 minutes to find a 3RM Hang Snatch (top of knee) – these should be UB, do not drop the barbell between reps.

Conditioning

AMRAP 15 min

In teams of 3:

Parter 1: Run 2oom
Parter 2: KB Thrusters (24/16kg)
Partner 3: Burpees

When partner 1 is running Partners 2 and 3 are working.  When Partner 1 returns from the run Partner 3 moves to Thrusters, Parter 2 moves to the run, and Partner 1 starts on burpees. This repeats for the duration of the 15 minutes. Score is total amount of Thrusters completed in 15 min.
