Almost every single one of you PR’d your back squat today.  Let me say that again  EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.  The only people who did not PR were my two new folks and I wouldn’t let them attempt a PR, Anna b/c  her hip is in so much pain she can barley air squat, and Lindsay b/c she is still recovering from a big ol’ car accident.  Other than that every other person who walked in my doors today got a freaking PR.  I saw huge PR’s all day long.  HUGE.  Like 40# and 50# PR’s. And not only that, but you guys killed your 50 pull-ups for time too!  Some folks PR’d by 3 and 4 minutes!  You guys have no idea how much you inspire me. You’re the reason I do what I do.  I am so freaking proud of each one of you!

With that said, Test Week continues.  Wednesday we’re not testing anything, Thursday is rest day, but we’ll be back at it again on Friday.


Establish a Snatch 1RM. Rest as much as needed.


100 Burpees for time
12 Min time cap.
