Congratulations to Lucia for placing in the top 10 at the “Throwdown in the Triangle” over the weekend!  This was her first ever competition as an individual, and she did amazing!!

Strength

Establish a 1RM HBBS.  Rest as much as necessary between lifts.

Conditioning

50 Pull-ups for time

Notes: Pull-ups can be performed strict, kipping, or from a short rope.  Be sure to re-test the exact same way you did on 6/10
