Okay, so the picture won’t transfer from my dang phone to the computer. I’ve been tying off and on for about 2 hours, annnnd I give up.



Strength:

1) EMOM for 5 min :
2 Cleans (full) –  80%

-then-

At  5 Min begin 2 min AMRAP of:
Cleans (full) – 80%

2) Bench Press:
6×3 @ 80%, rest 60 sec

Conditioning:

2 Min AMRAP of:
KB Snatches – Alternating (24/16kg)

– Rest 1 min –

5 Min AMRAP of:
30 DUs
15 Power Snatches (75/55)

– Rest 1 min –

2 Min AMRAP of:
Burpees
