1) 2- Position Clean
3 @ 78%, rest 90 sec
2 @ 80%, rest 90 sec

NOTE: The 2- Position Clean = Clean from the floor and then immediately clean from the knee

2)  Clean Deadlift:
5×4 @ 108% (of clean), rest 90 sec

NOTE: This is a deadlift performed in the identical posture to the pull of the clean, but at normal deadlift tempo.  There is no drive onto the balls of the feet or shrug.  Click the below link for the demo video.
