Conditioning

Death By Burpees (From Drew :))

0:00 = 3 Burpees
1:00 = 6 Burpees
2:00 = 9 Burpees
3:00 = 12 Burpees
4:00 = 15 Burpees
5:00 = 18 Burpees
6:00 = 21 Burpees
7:00 = 24 Burpees

Every 60 seconds you add 3 more burpees.  You stop (die) when you are no longer able to complete the designated amount of burpees in that minute.
