Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
1 Power Clean (135/95)
NOTES: Add 5-10 lbs every minute until you reach a weight that you miss, then back off 5-10 lbs and stay there with the intention of hitting all remaining reps at that weight.
For 30 minutes, rotate through the following three stations on the minute:
Minute 1 – 1 Hill Sandbag Sprints
Minute 2 – 10 push-ups
Minute 3 – 20 Double Unders
NOTES: You’ll hit each of these stations 10 times.
