In teams of two:

Run 1 mile
40 Overhead Walking Lunge (45/25 #)
60 Burpees
40 Overhead Walking Lunge (45/25 #)
Run 1 mile

*NOTES: Work can be split up any way you and your partner would like. Only 1 partner works at a time.
