New year, new goals!  Make sure you schedule your goal setting meeting with Ashley during the next couple of weeks! We will meet again in 3 months to re-evaluate your progress and make any modifications necessary to achieve those goals.  Goal setting meeting takes about 30-45 minutes.

Strength

20 minutes to work up to a heavyish Snatch.  Let feel dictate how heavy you go.  If things look and feel good keep going up.  If not, get to a good weight and work there.

Conditioning

3 rounds:

10 Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)
15 Thrusters (95/65)
20 Knees to Elbows
