Rest day, mobility day, or come in to make up something you missed earlier in the week.
The first week of our strength cycle is almost over. Be sure you’re taking care of yourself by eating well (lots of protein, fat, and good carbs – REAL foods!), drinking plenty of water, taking your fish oil, and most importantly getting plenty of sleep at night! Sleep is the absolute best form recovery!
