Today is our last day of testing. I know many of you are spent, as you should be, but you guys should be very proud of your hard work. I saw some big PR’s this week. Every one of you came in with the attitude that you were going to crush whatever test was put in front of you, and it couldn’t have made me happier.
No. There is not any conditioning today. That is not a typo. I want you to be able to use the entire hour to find your 1RM on these two lifts and not be rushed. Rest hard on Sunday. And when I say rest, I mean I want you guys to rest. Sleep is the absolute best recovery, and Monday we begin our 12 week squat and deadlift cycle. I’ll go into more detail about what to expect from the next 12 weeks in Sunday night’s post.
